Live It Out Abundantly!

Be a Heaven Seeker and a Earthly Pilgrim

When God created our earth, it was perfect heaven on earth. There were no tears in the eyes of people, no death, no sorrow and crying. There was no pain too, because God through His Spirit had perfect fellowship with the first man Adam and the woman Eve (Gen 3:8; Rev 21:3-4).

But humans were created to be in the image of God and so had a choice to make before long. They were not created to live like neither Robot's nor Zombie's. But God wanted man to decide whether he wants a world governance under the Satanic influence of demons or as usual the heavenly goverment to rule through Him. But sadly man chose self governance rather than a theocracy of God's governace from heaven. Because of man's own choice, sin which is lawlessness came in to the world.

Through sin death, pain, suffering, crying and sorrow came in to the world system of governance and thus all humans began to be born under the world system of governance in their fallen human nature inside them. Thus death spread to all human beings who were born under sin nature which has no life of God in it (Rom 5:12). Death means seperation from God essentially. In other words, even though each human was born physically after sin came in to the world, spiritually all of them came out of their mother's womb as spiritually dead in relationship to God (Psa 51:5).

But because of God's undying love toward us humans, He himself reached to us all through sacrificing His own only begotten Son Jesus Christ and bought all of us back from sin's wages by paying the debt Himself now (Rom 6:23; 1 Timothy 2:5-6). Now if we believe Jesus and refuse to love the world by denying the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and the pride of life which is controlled by our selfish desires through the world system of governance, then the love of the Father God from heaven will be made available abundantly in our present life and a guranteed future life with God in heaven.

May we never set our heart on earth in such a way to lose the heavenly abundant life which the Lord has promised for the heaven seekers (John 10:10; Luke 9:24-25). We are earthly pigrims who are being trained for a heavenly life with God and are getting closer and closer to our destination each moment of our life. Let us learn to say to God with the Psalmist, "Whom have I in the heavens? And with Thee none I have desired in earth." (Psa 73:25). Let our hearts be completely sold out hundred percentage for God and let there be no worldly mixture to make our devotion to become a adulterous one spiritually (James 4:4; 1 John 2:15-17). The abundant life of Jesus is a antidote to the sorrow, pain, crying and death we face on earth due to sin that tries to reign in this world system of governance (Gen 4:7). Abundant life has a great menu of peace, love, joy, righteousness, etc...given to us continiously as a wine to live and experience heaven on earth itself. So fill yourself with abundance of heavenly life and above all ENJOY your journey with God.

"What a blessed and glorious thing human existence would be, if we fully realized that the infinitely wise and infinitely powerful God loves each one of us, with an intensity infinitely beyond what the most fervid human spirit ever felt towards another, and with a concentration as if He had none else to think of! And this love has brought us into being, just that we might be taught to enter into full sympathy with Him, receiving His, - giving our own - thus entering into the joy of our Lord. This is the hope - the sure and certain hope - set before us, - sure and certain, - for "the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee."" — Thomas Erskine

No Turning Back

No Turning Back

The story of the song is covered in the Book by Dr. P.P. Job an Indian preacher in His book “Why God Why”. An excerpt from the book is given below:

About 150 years ago, there was a great revival in Wales, England. As a result of this, many missionaries came from England and Germany to North-East India to spread the Gospel. At the time, north-east India was not divided into many states as it is today. The region was known as Assam and comprised hundreds of tribes. The tribal communities were quite primitive and aggressive by nature. The tribal’s were also called head-hunters because of a social custom which required the male members of the community to collect as many heads as possible.

A man’s strength and ability to protect his wife was assessed by the number of heads he had collected. Therefore, a youth of marriageable age would try and collect as many heads as possible and hang them on the walls of his house. The more heads a man had, the more eligible he was considered. Into this hostile and aggressive community, came a group of Welsh missionaries spreading the message of love, peace and hope of Jesus Christ.

Naturally, they were not welcomed. One Welsh missionary succeeded in converting a man, his wife, and two children. This man’s faith proved contagious and many villagers began to accept Christ. Angry, the village chief summoned all the villagers. He then called the family who had first converted to renounce their faith in public or face execution. Moved by the Holy Spirit, the man instantly composed a song which became famous down the years. He sang:

I have decided to follow Jesus. (3 times)
No turning back, no turning back.

Enraged at the refusal of the man, the chief ordered his archers to arrow down the two children. As both boys lay twitching on the floor, the chief asked, “Will you deny your faith? You have lost both your children. You will lose your wife too.”

But the man sang these words in reply:

Though no one joins me, still I will follow. (3 times)
No turning back, no turning back.

The chief was beside himself with fury and ordered his wife to be arrowed down. In a moment she joined her two children in death. Now he asked for the last time, “I will give you one more opportunity to deny your faith and live.”

In the face of death the man sang the final memorable lines:

The cross before me, the world behind me. (3 times)
No turning back, no turning back.

He was shot dead like the rest of his family. But with their deaths, a miracle took place. The chief who had ordered the killings was moved by the faith of the man. He wondered, “Why should this man, his wife and two children die for a Man who lived in a far-away land on another continent some 2,000 years ago? There must be some supernatural power behind the family, and I too want that supernatural power.”

In a spontaneous confession of faith, he declared, “I too belong to Jesus Christ!” When the crowd heard this from the mouth of their chief, the whole village accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior.

This is the power of [God in] demonstration.

“We put men into pulpits because they have degrees. But you can
have 32 of them and still be frozen!“ — Leonard Ravenhill

“We’re so far removed from God’s way of doing things– we think a man is a good man if he can draw a crowd these days. Do you know what Finney did? Finney preached sometimes, and the whole congregation got up and walked out on him. That’s a good meeting! He sent them out horrified! I only preach for two reasons these days: either to send people out that door blazing mad at me or blazing with the peace of the Holy Ghost! That’s all!” — Leonard Ravenhill.

“If you’re going to be a true Christian, I’ll tell you one thing amongst others: it’ll be a lonely life.” — Leonard Ravenhill.

“If you look at the world, you’ll be distressed. If you look within, you’ll be depressed. If you look at God you’ll be at rest.” — Corrie Ten Boom

“Forgiveness is an act of the will, and the will can function regardless of the temperature of the heart.” — Corrie Ten Boom

"We will not be ready for the challenge of this hour until there is genuine repentance and conversion in our churches... Christians tend to divorce doctrine and practice. Some put all the emphasis on orthodoxy, with very little day-by-day living to match. Others major in experience, with little basis in Biblical teaching. One is body without spirit, and the other is spirit without body. Christianity is neither a corpse nor a ghost." — Vance Havner

The Only Love That Never Changes

"...Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you." (Jer 31:3).

One of the greatest deceit of Satan and his demonic cohorts is to make you feel condemned after you have fallen in to a sin and eventually make you believe that you are loved no more by God. Faith connects your soul with your spirit, unbelief lets sin come inbetween it and disconnect it. Therefore once you believe their lies, you yourself will feel miserable and unloved as an orphan in this world.

But what did Jesus say? I have not left you as orphans in the world but instead have given you the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but He dwells with you and is in you (John 14:17-18). This spirit of Truth will never leave us nor forsake us as He himself has promised us (Heb 13:5), though we may feel He is not with us when sin comes in to our lives. In other words, though God has promised never to leave nor forsake us, He withdraws His conscious presence until we confess the sin and set our conscience clean before Him (1 John 1:9). Will not a daddy keep quiet and show himself angry until a son repents of his wrong doing? Yes he will. How much more with God.

Weak believers are those who will believe this feeling of unworthiness, lies and unloved dejection of the devil and keep living in the valley of condemnation, unbelief and fruitless life. Why should we the sons of the king of kings should live like a spiritual beggar on the street. It all depends on how we believe what God has said about Himself. Once I had this same problem in my life and was going through the valley of sorrows because of the constant condemnation of the devil, then God had mercy on me and quickened this beautiful word to me. Until then I lived as though God loved me only when I think, feel and do good. All other times when failing, sinning and feeling unwanted are those times he disliked me. But this verse, "I have loved you with an everlasting love" was quickened by the Holy Spirit from deep within my spirit-man, and for the first time in my life I realised that God doesn't change His love towards me when I do bad things. This freed me completely from the condemation of the evil one. The Lord hates the sin that his child does because it destroys them, but He loves the sinning child constantly inspite of his behaviour. Knowing this truth will set us free!

So when ever we have done something bad that the Lord doesn't like, immediately we should not run away from Him believing the lies of the devil, but instead run towards Him and confess our wrong doings immediately. This will keep the consciousness and nearness of God's presence to be close enough to us all the time. Even when we don't feel like we are being loved by the Lord because of a bad conscience, depend on the word of God and say to yourself, "My dear God still loves me and His love is everlasting because He has promised me in His word." What will happen is that your soul will immediately be renewed by the power of the word of God. God's heart will be filled with joy seeing your faith and the devil will feel miserable knowing that his evil stategies to destroy your faith has once again failed. Praise the Lord!

THE ONLY ONES WHO WILL CAUSE A SHIP WRECK IN THEIR FAITH ARE THOSE WHO WILL NOT DARE TO BELIEVE THE WORD AND CONFESS THEIR SHORTCOMINGS TO THE LORD IN ORDER TO KEEP THEIR CONSCIENCE CLEAN ALL THE TIME (1 Tim 1:19). May God help you to overcome the enemies plan as the Lord had helped me mercifully and graciously.

"God loves each of us as if there were only one of us." — St. Augustine

The Pencil-Maker and Our Creator

A pencil-maker told the pencil 5 important lessons,

1) Everything you do will always leave a mark.

2) But you can always correct the mistake you make.

3) What's important is inside you.

4) In life you will undergo painful sharpening's which will make you a better pencil.

5) And to be the best pencil, you must allow yourself to be held and guided by the hand that holds you.
